Course Overview
This course is recommended for implant dentists and technicians looking to develop their knowledge and understanding of the full arch, immediate load protocol and the teamwork required to predictable provide this treatment modality.
Participants are encouraged to attend with their nurse and technician to adopt the team approach needed to incorporate this procedure into practice.
During the 2 days, participants will focus on the 3 key elements needed for success: clinical, marketing and laboratory. The clinical portion of the course includes live surgery, the method of immediate fixed conversion, best practices for teamwork between the dentist, restorative dentist and lab, implant placement and minimising chair time for optimal patient care. The marketing portion will cover how to market and increase case acceptance with patients including the role of the auxiliary team throughout the patient journey and finally, the laboratory portion of the course will demonstrate the role of the laboratory technician protocol with special focus on the immediate denture.
