Welcome to Chairside Visitation; our dedicated service offering mentorship and support through clinical observation for key surgical treatments. We aim to connect clinicians, so that you can improve your clinical skills and enhance the quality of life of your patients, with the support of a dedicated mentor.

Chairside Visitation is a simple and straightforward service, offering clinicians the opportunity to observe treatment cases in their chosen field. The service is offered at a minimal cost of £1,000+vat and will work to a dedicated programme.

What does a typical Chairside Visitation day look like?

Day 1

16:30 – Arrival
17:00-19:00 Presentation – Treatment Protocols & Case Planning
19:30 – 21:30 Dinner

Day 2

08:45 Arrival at Chairside Visitation Practice
09:00 Case Discussion
09:30 Surgery Preparation
09:45 – 11:45 Case 1 Clinical Observation
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch
13:00 – 13:15 Surgery Preparation
13:15 – 15:15 Case 2 Clinical Observation
15:15 – 16:30 Case Reflection & Discussion

NB: The programme itinerary is subject to change depending on cases planned for observation.

How much does Chairside Visitation cost?

The service is offered at a minimal cost of £1,000+vat. Once your Chairside Visitation treatment and Mentor is agreed, a link will be sent to you to book and pay online.

How do I register for Chairside Visitation?

To register your interest complete & submit the Enquiry Form. Once completed, BioHorizons Camlog will be in touch to confirm the date availability and venue location for your visitation with your chosen Mentor, together with the booking and payment link. Please allow a 6-week lead time for co-ordination of preferred Treatment & Mentor availability. Nearby accommodation will be recommended but must be booked and paid for by the delegate. Cancellation fees will apply.
