Stacey Sagar has over 23 years of experience in dentistry, she is a Qualified Dental Nurse and Pg Dip Clinical Educator who has worked across general practice, maxillofacial surgery, implants, commercial sales and leadership. Her journey has taken her from the dental chair to the training room, and now to the stage as a proud key speaker and educator. As the founder of Practice Growth Coaching, she is passionate about helping dental teams grow in skill, confidence, and communication. With 14 years of clinical experience and 10 years of commercial and education experience, her work is focused on strengthening teams, improving communication, and creating a patient journey that feels professional, calm, and high end from start to finish. Practice Growth Coaching supports practices through nurse training, implant growth coaching, communication workshops and social media training, alongside in house team building, Front of House (FOH) development, and Treatment Coordinator (TCO) coaching. Her mission is simple, to help practices and people reach their full potential. She believes that when a team feels confident, connected, and supported, everything improves, from patient care to consistency, 5 star customer service, and practice growth.
